Thick 'n Fudgy Chocolate Explosion Cookies



Indulge in the ultimate chocolate experience with these thick and fudgy cookies packed with semisweet, white, and milk chocolate chips, as well as crunchy chopped nuts. A chocolate lover's dream!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips and butter together in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt

In another bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined

Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix until smooth

Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined

Stir in the chopped nuts, white chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips

Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart

Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set around the edges but still slightly soft in the center

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
