Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Ice Cream Wrap
Treat yourself to a high-protein dessert that won't make you feel bad with these Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Ice Cream Wraps. They're a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without going overboard on calories.
Ingredients:
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
Put the peanut butter powder, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and honey in a bowl and mix them together
To make the ice cream base, mix until everything is well mixed
Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a flat surface
Spread the ice cream mixture out in the middle of each tortilla so that it is evenly spread between the two
In each tortilla, put some ice cream on top of a slice of banana, dark chocolate chips, and a slice of strawberry
To make the wraps, fold the sides of each tortilla in and then roll them up tightly
Freeze the wraps for about 30 minutes to make them firm
First take it out of the freezer
Then cut it in half and serve
