White Chocolate Blondies
White Chocolate Blondies are a delightful twist on traditional blondies, featuring the creamy sweetness of white chocolate. These bars are soft, chewy, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Grease and flour a 9x9 inch baking pan
In a small saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
In a mixing bowl, beat together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined
Gradually add the melted white chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until smooth
Fold in the flour and salt until just combined
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares
