Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders



These crispy baked chicken tenders are a healthier alternative to fried chicken. They're crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfect for a family-friendly meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper

Dip each chicken tender in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture

Place coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and coating is crispy and golden brown

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce
