Chocolate Nutella Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
- Cooking spray for greasing the Bundt pan
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a Bundt cake pan with cooking spray
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, Nutella, eggs, water, vegetable oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract
Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined
If desired, fold in the chocolate chips into the batter
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, spreading it evenly
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 15 minutes
Carefully invert the Bundt cake onto a serving platter and allow it to cool completely
Once cooled, you can optionally drizzle more Nutella on top for extra flavor and decoration
