Pool Party Cookies: Swimming Teddy Grahams



Make a splash at your pool party with these fun and delicious swimming Teddy Graham cookies. They're a perfect summer dessert idea that combines the sweetness of chocolate chip cookies with the cuteness of Teddy Grahams taking a dip in a blue pool of cookie dough.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Teddy Grahams assorted flavors
  • Blue food coloring

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Cream the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until the mixture is fluffy and light

Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl

Slowly add this dry mixture to the butter and sugar mixture and mix just until everything is combined

Fold the chocolate chips slowly into the cookie dough after adding them

You can make the cookie dough look like pool water by adding blue food coloring

Place spoonfuls of cookie dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, making sure there is enough space between each one

Put a few Teddy Grahams on top of each cookie to make them look like they are swimming

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

Do not bake the cookies for too long; they will continue to set as they cool

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
