This parfait is easy to make and tastes great with the tangy lemon, crunchy granola, and sweet berries. Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 cup honey 1 tablespoon lemon zest 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons poppy seeds 1 cup granola 1 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries Mint leaves for garnish Instructions: Greek yogurt, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice should all be mixed together well in a bowl Add the poppy seeds to the yogurt mixture and mix them in Place layers of yogurt and granola in bowls or glasses for serving Add fresh berries to the top of each layer Do this again and again until the glasses are full Serve with mint leaves on top and a dollop of the yogurt mixture on top Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it Have fun with your tasty Lemon Poppy Seed Parfait!
